G'day, and welcome to the second edition of the Imagizine. Another
fun-filled-action-packed-edition. Although there are just,
a few more subscriptions then the last one, I am still hopefull that more
and more mudders wil subscribe to this Magazine. Your help is most welcome,
to spread the word. In this months issue we have set up a little competition,
between all the different areas inside Imagica. All you have to do is follow
the instructions below (it is pretty self-explanatory) and send it to me.
I will then make a big list of which zones have won the coolest zone award.
These results will be printed in the next issue, so keep an eye out for that,
and of course vote for what you think is the coolest zone. As most of you might,
have noticed we now have our very own Mortal Combat Arena in the mud :), more
about that below.

Hear ye, hear ye, the arenas in Imagica are finally in place!
Maybe you already noticed some strange rumours going around the Imagica
world. People gossip about 'challenging' and 'arena channels' but what
does it all mean ? Well, I will explain how the Arenas work and what
you can do with them.
The arena commands :
- Nochallenge:
With this command you can toggle your availibility for challenges from
other players. You can only be challenged if the score command says so.
- Noarena:
With the arena system there came also a new channel. The arena channel.
On this channel you can see who challenges who in what arena, and what
other players bet on the challenger/challengee. With this command you
can toggle the arena channel on and off.
- Arenas:
To see which arenas are installed in Imagica you can use this command.
It displays all available arenas and who challenged who in what arena.
- Challenge:
This command makes you challenge a player in a designated arena. This
only works if the person you challenge is open to challenges. Everyone
can challenge everyone. It's up to the one who gets challenged too
see if there is even a remote possibility to win the fight. The syntax
is : challenge
- Accept, Decline and Revoke:
Once you are challenged you can either accept or decline the challenge.
If you accept, you and your challenger will be transferred to the arena
and a die will be rolled to see who may start the fight. If the cha-
lenger decides he/she does not want to fight anymore, he/she can use the
revoke the challenge with 'revoke'.
Fighting in the arena :
Once a fight has been started, it will be to the bitter end. In the future
there will be specific arenas in which no magic is allowed. For now the
arena permits magic except 'portal', 'recall', 'summon', and 'teleport'.
If one of the fighters dies, both will be transferred to the 'chill-out'
room where they can quietly regenerate. No actual corpse will be created
so the looser does not loose exp, equipment or money.
Spectating :
Now you all wonder, 'How can we see what goes on during the fight !?'. Well
you can travel to the arena tribunes just NE of Teldar. You can sit down
there and you will see everything that happens in the arena. You can cheer
your favorite fighter, or just have some popcorn and chat with the other
spectators.
'Let's make lots of money':
From the moment a challenge is made it is possible to bet some money on the
fight. Please note however that no money is created with factors or anything
like that. This means that all wagered money goes in one pot and will be dis-
tributed over the winners. I.e. if 2 people bet the same amount on the same
fighter and that fighter wins, they will receive back what they bet in the
first place. If, however, a third player made a bet on the other guy/gal,
they will receive their wager plus half the money the third person put up.
It is permitted for the fighters to join the betting, they may even bet
on their selves.
The commands :
- Bet:
This command with no arguments will show you what bets have been made.
With an amount and a player it will make you bet the given amount on the
given player. If you had a bet already, it will be adjusted to the new
setting.
- Fold:
If it all becomes too much for you, you can fold from the bet.
Now you can measure your strength to others. Please note that in the future
more arenas will come with different rules.

Hi all, Last Imagizine I said I was gonna explain more about each clan,
so here goes:
The first clan I will start with is THD (The Heavenly Disorder). This clan's
main purpose is to rid the world of all the holy beings, may it be a priest,
a monk, or anything holy opressing the normal people. The Heavenly Disorder
has decided that all this opression must end. All classes are allowed aside from
those filthy holy paladins, and all races except for those stupid trolls are
excepted. The main power behind the clan is fire, and the unholyness.
Benifits of the clan are: You'll get a clan item, a clan chat, a weekly Clan
magazine (by E-mail) to keep you up to date about new members, promotions and
such, you'll grow horns at high clan level. And now for the lesser parts,
the drawbacks: You have to sell your soul to Cestus (Well, actually you sell
your soul to the clan), you have to serve higher clan levels (Do their biddings),
you are not allowed to help other people (from other clans or people that have
no clan) anymore, unless it is of great benifit to you and the clan.

Some of you might have gotten a potion in your hands, it might have been labeled,
it might have not. It might have some weird pink color, or strange bubbles in it,
you'll never know what it does, unless...... you have made it yourself. Brewing
your own potions is a skill some player posess. The brewing of potion takes highly
skilled alchemist and other people who practise the same kind of skills. But you
can do it yourself, as long as you are proficient in brewing. If that is the case
then you can make all the potions you want for yourself, all it takes is the
knowlegde of brewing and a empty bottle (to put what you have brewed in). And
tada..you can brew a potion of healing... So go out there and brew you heart out :)

Think again, buddy, because this is where we step in! Yes, we are the
Defenders Of Justice! Our purpose: to vanquish evil and protect the innocent.
We shall take care that Imagica will never be overrun by this evil.
For Evil may come to this world, they will never be able to touch the purest of soul.
We are the chosen ones. We shall stop this threat while we still can, but we will
never succumb to Evil. The clan is looking for pure souls, those willing to dedicate
their life to defend justice and do good. And in return we will open the Tomb of the
Sacred Ones, to equip our crusaders with the most necessary items to fight evil.
Items, such as the Sword of Justice and the Holy Light, can only be used by the
sacred ones. The evil ones will perish while trying.
If you are willing to dedicate your life to defend justice and protect the innocent,
you are welcome to join our clan. But beware, the wolf in sheepskin will be easily
detected and our wrath will come upon those who are daring to do evil against us.

The White Setherial is in need of a new mortal clan leader to maintain the
reputation of the clan. I am looking for a enthousiastic mortal, who is at
least level 40. He / She has to be able to forfill all the tasks
required to be a leader at TWS. The leader has to do the following tasks,
requit new members for the clan, make sure that all the members are following
the TWS policy and of course the leader has to have the potential
(intelligence), to deal with possible problems inside or outside the clan.
